Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains how Load Test Inmobiliaria 2 handles the personal data of the people who visit this website and contact us through it. We only collect what we need, and we never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for the personal data processed on this website is:
Load Test Inmobiliaria 2
Avenida del Mar 12, 03590 Altea
E-mail: info@demo-inmobiliaria.example.com
2. What we process
When you send us a form (a property enquiry, a valuation request, an appointment request or a general message), we process what you enter: usually your name, e-mail address, phone number and your message, and the property it concerns.
If you subscribe to our newsletter or to property alerts, we process your e-mail address, your language and, for alerts, the search criteria you give us. Your subscription only becomes active once you confirm it through the link we send you (double opt-in).
When you visit the website, the server records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. We need these logs to deliver the website and keep it secure.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
We answer your enquiries and arrange viewings, valuations and appointments because you ask us to: this is necessary to take the steps you request before a possible contract, or to perform one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep server logs and protect the website against misuse on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We send newsletters and property alerts only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every e-mail; this does not affect anything we did before.
4. Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Which ones, why and how you can choose is explained in our cookie policy.
5. Links to WhatsApp and social networks
This website links to WhatsApp and to our profiles on social networks. These are plain links: no data is sent to those services until you click one. Once you do, the service's own privacy policy applies to what happens there.
6. Who receives your data
Your data is used by our agency. The website and the tools we use to manage enquiries are provided by a software platform that processes the data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and only on our instructions. We pass data to other parties only when it is needed for what you asked for (for example, the owner of a property you want to view, with your knowledge) or when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any business that follows from it, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires us to keep records. Newsletter and alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after a short period, unless we need them to investigate a security incident.
8. Your rights
You have the right to ask us for access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
9. Complaints
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
10. Changes
We update this policy when the way we handle personal data changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
11. Contact for privacy requests
For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to info@demo-inmobiliaria.example.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we answer.
